Cambridge Checkpoint Examinations

Welcome back to school.

All students have settled in quickly to the new academic year. 

The year 6 teachers are Mr Ian, Mr Stuart and Ms Marcella.

Your child will be well aware that at the end of the school year (late April) they will be sitting the Cambridge Checkpoint examinations in English, Science and Mathematics.

The link above will give you some information about these examinations.

There will be a meeting with parents closer to the time and payment for the examinations will be needed then.

Unit 3B: Non-chronological reports Reading and analysing reports and explanations in formal and informal writing. Unit 3C: Poems by significant poets and with language play Reading and discussing a range of poetic forms and themes.
